My name is Cassie Brown, and I am a Registered Nurse. I founded Renewed Vitality to provide hope for individuals and their families.

After experiencing two TBIs (Traumatic Brain Injuries) in a 9-month period, my life was changed forever. It was by a miracle that I survived both but soon found myself Anxious, Depressed, and Emotionally Unbalanced as a result of the TBIs. That is when LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) entered my life. Within a few sessions, I felt more like myself again. LENS changed my life forever, and I am here and alive today because of it.

I am so happy to be providing this service of LENS in my home of Upstate NY. I am grateful for the experience to help so many others as it has helped me, now as a LENS Practitioner.


How does LENS work?

Setting Up

A sensor is placed on each ear, while two other sensors are placed on your head. A low energy frequency, which is less than that of a cell phone or smartwatch, is sent to the brain wave. The treatment is safe for all ages, including infants and the elderly.

The Brain Map

Brain waves are like fingerprints in that they are unique to each individual. A complete brain map will be obtained at your first visit, which will serve as a guide and baseline for the treatment.
